Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow 4-7 business days handling time for your order to be filled. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please allow 7-10 days for your item to arrive from the time shipped unless you choose an expedited service.

If you have chosen an expedited service we will try to ship your order as soon as possible but there is no guarantee that it will be shipped out same or next day.

​

Shipping times do not include handling times.

​

Business days are Monday-Friday.

 

If your order contains an item that is available for preorder only, the order will not ship until the preorder item is ready to ship.

If we are unable to fill your order completely, we will still ship all of the items we can as soon as possible. We will refund and notify you about any unavailability items, and we will be happy to work with you on purchasing different items.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address being provided. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

We always highly recommend purchasing insurance at checkout. It's inexpensive, and they make it very simple and quick to make a lost or damaged package claim if you need to do so.

If you place multiple orders, they will be combined automatically by our shipping system.

​

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx Store. You will need to open a case for the package before contacting us. Generally, if there is a delivery scan, there is nothing we can do. If you believe your parcel was stolen, please contact your local Police Department.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the shipping carrier's delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be needed.

​

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If we choose to accept your return request, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your return package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. There may be a restocking/return shipping fee not to exceed 20% of the original purchase price.

Non-returnable items include the following: personalized items, special orders, customized items, digital items, items on-sale, gift cards, or buyer's remorse.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos of any damage to the item or packaging so we can evaluate the issue. Failure to provide any requested information may result in denial of any returns or refunds due to damage.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. It may take your bank or credit card company several days before the refund is posted to your account.
